Job Description:
You’ll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse and ensuring that inventory is received, stored, and dispatched accurately. This involves maintaining stock records, controlling inventory levels, and coordinating with purchase and production teams. A key part of the role is keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, while using standard procedures like FIFO (First In, First Out) to manage stock. You’ll also prepare reports, resolve discrepancies in inventory counts, and help improve overall warehouse efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and stock control
• Update inventory records and ensure proper storage systems
• Perform regular stock verification and resolve issues
• Coordinate with production, purchases, and dispatch teams
• Maintain cleanliness and safety inside the warehouse
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management
• Familiarity with FIFO and basic computer skills (MS Excel)
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
